Q: There is a problem with my order. Who can I contact?

A: Please contact hello@merchloop.com.

 

Q: What is the standard turnaround time?

A: 2-3 weeks after an order is placed. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed. You will also receive an email with tracking once your order ships.

 

Q: What are the shipping costs?

A: Our domestic/USA shipping costs are $5.95 per package. Mexico and Canada rates are $14.95 per package. International shipping rates vary from $15-$60 per package.

 

Q: There is something that I want that I do not see on the store. How can I purchase additional gear?

A: Please reach out to Melanie Basile at  melanie@thesmilist.com for approval. She will work with your stores account manager to get additional items added on.
